We caught up with rockers The Purrs on Labor Day weekend as they satisfied the masses at the Bumbershoot Music Festival in their hometown, Seattle. Fresh off the release of their latest self-titled LP, the foursome is gearing up for their first ever US tour (September 26th - November 6th). Both on their recent release, and performing live, The Purrs prove to be unrelenting – wielding track after track of perfectly harnessed bits of psychedelic-pop. The British Invasion meets Brian Jonestown Massacre.
