psychoPEDIA.com is now offering its viewers the chance to participate as a selected contributor.  Submit original work for one of psychopedia.com’s three sections—Feature Film, Daily News and Dusk 2 Dawn—and have it showcased on psychoPEDIA.com.  Feature and short films, as well as text, will be accepted, and reviewed in hopes of offering a platform for students and professionals alike.  The work of this select group of contributors will be granted exposure, offering an equal opportunity for new, talented contributors to display their work alongside high-profile contributors.  While submitted content can be anything, all submitted material must follow the general aesthetic standards and subject matter of psychopedia.com—independent culture as it relates to music, film, fashion, art, toys, and sports.


What we’re looking for…

Feature Films: films, under five minutes, to be included on psychopedia.com’s homepage.  Films should be submitted in their final format.  We will not edit nor score, but will compress your footage for you.  QuickTime file only. Send us low-res version in (mp4 file at 320x213 ratio under 50Mb) of your work, once excepted, we will provide you the technical details for the hires version.  Submission must include a brief synopsis of its content that does not exceed 200 words.

Dusk2Dawn: short films featuring what you did last night.  Films may include any of last night’s madness from any corner of the world—concerts, gallery openings, house parties.  Along with the film, please send a brief synopsis of its content that does not exceed 200 words.  QuickTime movie only.  Films should be under 2.5 minutes. (mp4 file at 320x213 ratio under 29Mb)

News: Stories on the latest cultural happenings.  “Road Tests”—a weekly column based on the experience of trying out a product (ex. For Denim Road Tests, individuals review jeans).  And “My Town”—stories that explore the must-see destinations of one’s hometown.  Copy should not exceed 500 words.
